1. Regular Pushup (round 2, wide pushup, round 3 narrow pushup)
2. Pull Up on Equalizer (palms facing away) or bent row
3. Chin Up on Equalizer (palms facing you) or bent fly
4. Shoulder Press
5. Bent Arm Lateral Raise with External Rotation
